Help Center Launched with Task-Based Guides

The CallCues help center is now live with task-based guides for common user workflows.

This update includes:

  • setup guidance for new workspaces
  • dashboard, live-calling, and call-review walkthroughs
  • dedicated help for voicemail, coach policies, and knowledge-base documents
  • a curated navigation structure for faster discovery

The goal of the help center is to make visible product workflows easier to find and complete without relying on internal documentation.
