Create Agendas and Use the Agenda Workspace

Summary

Agendas help your team structure conversations. The agenda library stores the documents, and the Agenda Workspace lets you inspect how an agenda is organized before it is used in live coaching.

Prerequisites

  • Your workspace includes agendas.

Create and manage agendas

1. Open Agendas

The Agendas page shows your agenda library and any existing items.

2. Create a new agenda

Use the create action to add a new agenda. Depending on how your team works, you may be able to:

  • create a structured agenda section by section
  • paste raw text for CallCues to ingest into an agenda outline

3. Set scope and description

Agendas can be organized for different audiences, depending on your workspace, such as the full organization, a team, or an individual user.

4. Open the agenda workspace

Select an agenda to open its dedicated workspace.

Use the Agenda Workspace

The Agenda Workspace helps you review:

  • agenda description and tags
  • scope and document type
  • ingestion status
  • structured review content when available
  • summary counts and metadata

If an agenda was created from raw text, the workspace can show an intermediate state while structure is being prepared.

What to look for before live use

  • the flow matches the conversation you want reps to follow
  • milestones, branches, or checkpoints look correct
  • the agenda is ready rather than still processing

Expected outcome

You should have an agenda your team can review, refine, and use as part of guided live calling.

Troubleshooting

  • If the workspace shows a preparing or processing state, wait until structured review is ready.
  • If the agenda saves but structured review fails, reopen the editor, adjust the source content, and save again.
