Use the Dashboard as Your Daily Workspace

Summary

The dashboard is the fastest way to re-enter CallCues during the day. It combines recent activity, trend views, recent conversations, and quick actions so you can decide what to review or do next.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in to CallCues.
  • Your workspace includes dashboard access.

What you can do on the dashboard

  • monitor current call activity for the selected date range
  • inspect visual trends such as call volume and talk share
  • open recent conversations directly into deeper review
  • jump to the Call Log, coach workspace, or live-call flow
  • use the page as a daily follow-up hub instead of repeating onboarding steps

How to use it

1. Start with the current date range

Use the date range controls at the top of the page to focus on the period you want to review.

2. Read the summary cards first

The summary cards give you a quick view of current activity for the selected range. Use them to spot whether your day or week needs closer review.

3. Scan the charts for changes

The dashboard includes charts for:

  • call volume over time
  • talk ratio or agent talk share trends

Use these visuals to spot changes before drilling into individual calls.

4. Open recent conversations

The Recent Calls table shows recent conversations with helpful at-a-glance fields such as:

  • date and time
  • duration
  • coach
  • sentiment, when available
  • agent talk share, when available

Select a row to move into deeper review when a call needs more attention.

5. Use quick actions to keep moving

The dashboard can include quick actions for:

  • starting a call
  • opening all calls
  • jumping into coaching setup

When to return to the dashboard

Return here when you want to:

  • see what changed since your last visit
  • open a recent conversation without searching for it
  • spot whether call volume or talk share trends need attention
  • decide whether to move into Call Log, Search, or a single Call Details review

Expected outcome

After using the dashboard, you should know which conversations or trends deserve a closer look and which next workspace to open.
